How many left foot right foot passes against a wall/kerb can you do in a minute?

Allowed 3 attempts a day. Best result counts.

3. Catching Challenges:

Rules:

Simple catching challenge: how many throws and catches of a small ball can you do in a set time or in a row.

Difficult catching challenges: how many throws and catches of a small ball can you do in a set time but most either 1. only use 1 hand, 2. clap before each catch, 3. throw, turn around then catch, 4. throw, touch the floor then catch.

4. Bat Keepie Uppies Challenges:

Rules:

Easy Bat Keepie Uppies Challenge: How many bat and ball keepie uppies can you do in a set time or a row using the flat side of the bat.

Difficult Bat Keepie Uppies Challenge: How many bat and ball keepie uppies can you do in a set time or a row alternating between the flat side and the edge of the bat.

5. Throwing Challenge:

Rules:

Throw a small ba11 at a target (set of wickets) from different distances marked out by cones or other markers.

To make it more difficult you could use your weaker arm, make the target smaller or throw from further away.

6. Wall Catching Challenge:

Rules:

Easy Wall Catching Challenge: How many times can you throw a small ball against a wall and catch it in both hands? How many can you do in a row or a set time?

Difficult Wall Catching Challenge: How many times can you throw a small ball against a wall with one hand and catch it with the other hand? How many can you do in a row or a set time?

7. Tennis Keepie Uppies Challenge:

Easy Tennis Keepie Uppies Challenge: How many times can you hit the tennis ball up using the big part of the tennis racquet? Either how many times in a row or in a set time.

Difficult Tennis Keepie Uppies Challenge: Running around, how many times can you hit the tennis ball up using the big part of the tennis racquet? Either how many times in a row or in a set time.

8. Partner Passing Challenge:

Partner Passing Challenge: Pass a football through a ‘gate’ made from two cones/objects. How many can you do in a row or a set time. To make it more difficult use weaker feet, use one touch or make the ‘gate’ smaller.

9. Partner Cone Catching Challenge:

Partner Cone Catching Challenge: One throws a small ball and the other trys to catch the ball in a cone or similar object. How many times can you can the ball in a row or in a set time?

To make this more difficult you can throw from further away, catch without a cone and catch with one hand. You could even try throwing & catching with a partner on one leg, on your knees, sat on the floor or even laying down on your backs!!

10. Bat Dribbling Challenge:

Bat Dribbling Challenge: How fast can you dribble a small ball around a set course of cones/objects using a cricket bat. You could also use a hockey stick.

To make this challenge more difficult you could reduce the distance between each cone/object, only use one hand on the bat or even do it backwards!

11. Football Dribbling Challenge:

Football Dribbling Challenge: How fast can you dribble a football around a set course of cones/objects.

To make this challenge more difficult you could reduce the distance between each cone/object, only use your weaker foot or even do it backwards!

12. Knock Down Challenge:

Knock Down Challenge: Pass a ball towards a set of objects to knockdown. See how many goes it takes you to knock them all down.

To make this challenge more difficult you could reduce the distance between each object, only use your weaker foot or pass from a further distance away!
